o Primary School Leaving Certificate and Result slip/certificate
o Secondary School Result slip/certificate and Leaving Certificate. If any
o National ID if any /Birth Certificate.
o four passport size photographs
o Recommendation letter from priest, pastor or kadhi
o Duly signed copy of declaration in the code of conduct by the student and parent/guardian/ sponsor (a copy enclosed)
